Sintered Wire Mesh
Multi-layer stainless steel mesh diffusion-bonded into a rigid, uniform-pore sheet. Cleanable and reusable under high pressure and high temperature.
Wire mesh and metal filter elements engineered for industrial filtration
Wire cloth is woven in-house, composites are sintered under vacuum, and finished elements are welded and inspected before they leave the plant. That is what lets a filtration rating hold across a production run instead of only on the sample.
Six product families, one production line: we weave the cloth, sinter the composite and weld the finished element.
Multi-layer stainless steel mesh diffusion-bonded into a rigid, uniform-pore sheet. Cleanable and reusable under high pressure and high temperature.
Die-cut and edge-welded discs from woven or sintered mesh, from 5 µm to 200 µm, in round, oval and rectangular profiles.
Seam-welded cylinders and pleated cartridges with end caps, built to fit existing housings or to customer drawings.
Spot-welded and folded baskets for filtration, degreasing, annealing and dishwasher duty, with reinforced rims, handles and lids.
Punched plate and tube in round, square, slot and hexagonal patterns for screens, guards and filter support layers.
Knit wire fabric used as mist eliminator, demister pad and vibration damping layer in gas-liquid separation.
Many element suppliers buy woven cloth and assemble it. We start one step earlier: the looms, the vacuum sintering furnace and the welding cells are in the same building, so the pore structure is decided here rather than inherited from a supplier's tolerance.
That matters when a filtration rating has to survive backflushing, thermal cycling and a customer's incoming inspection. When the cloth, the sinter cycle and the finished weld are all ours, a deviation has one owner and can be corrected at the stage that caused it.
You send the medium, flow rate and required rating. We return a construction proposal and confirm which rating is achievable at that differential pressure.
A sample element ships with its bubble-point and dimensional report. Production starts only after the sample is approved against your own test.
Cloth is woven to the approved weave, composites are sintered in one furnace load per batch, and elements are welded against the approved drawing.
Bubble point, dimensions and weld integrity are recorded per batch. The report and the EN 10204 3.1 material certificate travel with the shipment.
A five-layer 316L composite sheet diffusion-bonded into one rigid body: protective layer, filter control layer, dispersion layer and support layers.
Knitted stainless steel wire crimped and layered into a pad that coalesces fine droplets and drains them back to the vessel.
A seam-welded stainless steel tube punched with a staggered round-hole pattern and wrapped with woven or sintered mesh to set the filtration rating.
